What can I schedule through Reclo?
You can request collection for common categories such as paper, cardboard, plastic, metal, glass, e-waste, textiles, rubber, wood, and mixed recyclable waste. Availability can vary by service area.
Can I choose a time that works for me?
Yes. The app supports immediate and scheduled pickup requests. Scheduled slots depend on the local service coverage and availability shown in the app.
How do I know my pickup is complete?
The assigned vendor updates the pickup status, and the collection is confirmed with a customer-controlled OTP before the order moves through the final step.
Do you also work with collection vendors?
Yes. Vendors can apply through the Reclo vendor app, complete business and identity verification, define service areas, accept nearby requests, and manage their wallet and payouts.
